I'm coming into possession of a 1903 Colt quite shortly, and I'm trying to find a source of plinking ammo. There's a surprising amount of defensive stuff out there, but I need to put some RN through it to get a sense of it.

By "cheap" I'm thinking under $10 a box.

*Yes, I know I could reload for a lot less.

I buy my .32 Auto ammo from Sportsman's Guide. I buy 73 gr Fiocchi FMJ ammo for practice for $9.95 a box of 50 (currently on backorder) and I buy 60 gr Fiocchi SJHP ammo for SD at $12.97 a box of 50. That ammo is rated at 1200 FPS and 205 ft/lbs of energy. That's hotter than .380 Auto ammo.

Look down near the bottom of the page for the numbers on their .32 Auto. Not the XTP stuff, their older SJHP ammo that was developed for European LEO use.
