Hi Everyone-
Last week, I came before our membership and asked for prayers for my
friend and THR member The Silent One. I wish to personally thank
each of you that participated in the first request; but his health
has been diagnosed as being a lot worse than we orginally thought. The
hospital in Rhode Island has determined that he is suffering from a brain
tumor; as well as having a huge mass on his lungs. This is not a good
thing my friends, as this former Marine would go out of his way to do
anything for anybody, anytime, or any where. He is scheduled to start
radiation treatments on Wednesday; and that will be followed up with
chemo.
I may get in trouble, but I'm gonn'a post his name and address just in
case some of our faithful desire to send him a GET WELL card. I do
respect his privacy; but I know him well enough to know that he would
be over joyed to hear from members of our THR family. I ask that when
you all go too bed tonight, that you pause a moment in prayer for this
great man; who has given so much too GOD and COUNTRY. Please
pray for a speedy recovery, from the effects of Agent Orange; as
well as his habitual smoking. As he would say, SEMPER FI my brothers~!
