So here I was, thinking that I was going to go to a gun show here locally and pick up my AR-15 upper this weekend when my backorder from Midway up and ships today! Too bad I won't have any time to play with it come next week.

I got a DPMS upper on the way, does anyone have any good input about breaking in the barrel? Also, any good deals on magazines anywhere right now?

LOL that's like the third one this afternoon on barrel break in.

To save the time....

33% say break in is critical
33% say break in is pointless
33% say the other 66% don't know what they are talking about
1% don't own any guns


For magazines try the Magpul PMAGs.
