A thread for Acronymns?

I've been on this site for a bit of time now, and even still I have trouble every so often coming across various acronyms. I occasionally figure one out but even more frequently haven't a clue what they mean. Is there a thread already on the site somewhere that lists the various acronymns used on here? If someone could point me that way, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

LDA = Light Double Action, is this a revolver term, otherwise I could see myself spending a fortune in smith fees for my autos. LOL!

Just sent a pistol off for my first trigger job, so LDA seemed really on topic for me.
