It may be 9 mos old but the message is certainly no less valid.

We ARE asleep at the wheel and its unlikely that anyone is going to do anything before we lose a city here in the US.....and Newt's comment about the Civil Liberties that we are likelty to lose/willingly give up following such an event will be terrifying.
