So I'm flipping through ShotgunNews, a little miffed that it mispublished the Heller Arguments bit and I notice these 'Budget Pistols', http://fastfire.biz/movie-guns.htm#budget-pistols, at first I think wow cheap .22s and .25s but then it goes on about how you don't need an FFL... so I went to the website and the website has a disclaimer saying that these guns fire metal and platic bullets. Now there are a lot reproduction fakes on the page that would be fun to buy if you were doing a low budget homemade action flick but the guns kind of still bothered me.

Now the .22s it turns out fire only 'pressuer blast' and 'tear gass' rounds so Iguess that makes them legal and I'd have to assume the gun couldn't fire .22lr or short. But the .25s, the baby pistols don't say anything like that. If you to the top of the page there is .25 ammo for sale in tracer, hollowpoint, blood capsule and such. Can someone clue me in because I'm getting a bad first read out of all this like someone is selling guns illegally, plus there is a derringer for sale that is a blackpowder only gun.

Take a look at the whole webpage please and give your opinion. It just seems strange to me. I'm thinking maybe these could be just airsoft but there isn't anything mentioning that really.
