I have an EAA Witness .45/.22 that I have been considering adding a 10mm conversion kit. I had an idea that hopefully someone here who has attempted can confirm or deny.
Can a 10mm barrel be dropped in to the .45 slide or is a 10mm slide/breechface required? The rims might be close enough in size, but I'm not sure. The recoil springs are the same and the magazine would need to be changed.
