Thinking of trying one of these aa#9 or Enforcer in 44 mag , general Target load does not need to be a barn burner , I have used unique and 2400 and be86 already ,
Just want to try other powders since the shelfs are still stocked ,
So anyone use these to powders

I haven't tried Enforcer in .44 Mag, even though I have some. I have a good AA #9 load with 240 Gr jacketed stuff, as well as one with N-110, so no need for me to.

AA#9 has a very similar burn rate to 2400.

I have made some very accurate and powerful rounds with it in 44RemMag and 45Colt Ruger only.

I wouldn't consider it for moderate target loads.

I have not tried Enforcer. For some reason, AA and Ramshot powders are priced ~$5 higher at my local shop compared to other brands that work just as well.

HS-6 has become my go to powder for non barn burners in 44mag and 45colt (tier 2).

I have had very good results with #9 in a 2.75" Ruger Sec. Six with a 158 jacketed bullet for .357 mag. starting at 13.6gr of #9 with a standard primer.
H-110 has done very well for me with a 240 jacketed bullet starting with 22.8gr of H-110 with a magnum primer for a 7.5" Ruger Redhawk in .44 mag.
