About the CZ75 Compact and Kadet Conversion Kit

I will be picking up a CZ75 Compact soon and was wondering how the Kadet Conversion kit worked on it. Does anyone own both that can share their experiences? If all my chips fall in place I should be able to purchase both simultaneously. Even though I'm not a fan of alloy frames, I'll also listen to the owners of the PCRs if they have the kits. I'm hoping for inexpensive practice with the pistol I'll carry and have a dead-on plinker as well. I've heard the Kadets are quite accurate. How do the .22 LR mags fit in the shorter grip of the Compact? Or are there individual mags for the fullsize 75s and the shorter Compacts? I thank everyone who responds in advance .

I don't think the Kadet kit will work on the 75 Compact. CZUSA.com says that it will only work on the CZ 75 or CZ 85 pistols.

You are in error. I have owned three CZ P-01's, and my Kadet fits all three.

CZ-USA's site says it will fit all CZ-75, CZ-85, etc. models with possible fitting required. Since the Compact, P-01, and PCR are all versions of the CZ-75...

On one of the CZ forums, people report that the Kadet kit will fit the P-01, PCR, Compact, and even the Rami.

My Kadet kit works great on my CZ75b, CZ75bd and CZ75 P01 the mags do stick out of the bottom grip of the P01. The Kadet kit is a sweet addition to any CZ75 and I really, really like mine.

(40) and my CZ85 Combat (9mil).
