Accuracy speaks trigger

I picked up an Accuracy Speaks trigger for a AR. I have one other that runs just great in another AR. This trigger is firing one round upon the trigger pull, and a second round upon the release of the trigger. Bad Dissconnect? Any Suggestions?

If everything else is in spec the disconnector is letting go of the hammer too soon. This can be adjusted by filing a little off the front "foot" of the disconnector.

This is why the instructions usually recommend gunsmith installation.

Unless you REALLY know what you are doing I suggest you contact the maker of the trigger for a fix. It is easy if you screw this up to end up with a very unsafe gun.

I changed the disconnector and the rifle operates fine now. The dissconnector was the problem. I am sending it back for a replacement. Thanks for the help.
