Acier Bayard 16 ga. SxS

My son-in-law has an Acier Bayard, side x side duble barrel, 16 ga. with hammers and two triggers.
On the rib it has "ACIER BAYARD" and also "Aciens Establissments Pieper Herstal". At the breech it has "DEMI-BLOC" across both barrels. Along the side of each barrel it has "POUR POUDRES VIVES". This shotgun has a lot of nice engraving work and nice checkering on the forearm and stock. The gun is in very good condition.
What information can someone give about this gun, including it's value.

POUR POUDRES VIVES means smokeless powder.
ACIER BAYARD means Bayard Steel.
(Pardon my French, or Belgium?)

Apparently they didn't want anyone to think it had Damascus barrels!

I haven't a clue what the value might be.
But if it is truly a high-grade gun it could be considerable.
