Adapter for Swede cleaning kit

Not long ago someone posted a blip from someone that makes adapters for a swede rifle cleaning kit to allow one to use 8/32 brushes to clean rifles and pistols. I have lost the information, my bad. If anybody can find the info, I'd like to order a couple. TIA
