I went to my Alumni college at Iowa City, Ia yeaterday. Fun to see so many young students. I felt old. Had a really great steak dinner on a sidewalk resturant facing the Old Capital. Wonderfull weather!! On the way out of town we stopped at Scheels a huge sports store at the Coraville Mall. I had bought a S&W M500 three or so years ago. A Ruger LPC last year after a football game and that leads us up to yesterday.
I really didn't find anything i didn't have. My friend / adopted son noticed a PINK Taurus PT738. Like the KelTec 38T and the Ruger clone.
at only $300 ***, I'll never shoot it anyways.
A nice addition to the girl gun classification of my collection.
New taurus:(Not my PIC..lazy)Mine has a black stainless slide.

Have you noticed that the trigger on that TCP is miles above the other pocket pistol trigger? That's what shocked me the most when I picked it up. It actually breaks nicely and isn't somehow unwieldy in relation to the way one has to grip the gun.

How great would it be to pull one of those on a mugger? You'd probably share a laugh before continuing with the encounter :D

I keep picturing the mugger staring at the gun trying to figure out if it was a toy and all-the-while give you the perfect shot!
