I ordered one of these last month for $64 after shipping. When it was delivered, I tried opening it with the key, but it wouldn't open. I tried the 9 volt battery jumpstart feature, and it opened fine. The electronics worked, but the mechanical key-lock was not assembled right.
Anyway, the manufacturer gave me an RMA number to send it back to them, the very first phone call. I did that, and they sent me a new safe that works perfect. So, the company had good customer service.
The safe itself is nicely finished, heavy, has plenty of internal foam padding, and fits easily into a drawer on our dresser. I can recommend the product. It is actually more sturdy feeling than I thought I'd get for $64.
