I've built 8 adjustable Mosin Nagant triggers for myself and family with terrific results. I'm wondering if I should slide into this for a side business. There's probably some pitfalls I don't know about. Maybe some of you could tell me. Thinking around $29ea.

Could you describe this a little better or show a pic perhaps? I'm assuming you are adding a set screw so you would have adjustable preload on the trigger?

What I do is rather simple and am glad to share. Anyone with a center punch, drill press, good drill bit, cutting oil, tap, and files can do this in 15 to 20 min.

I take the trigger and center punch the top, drill out a hole for a allen screw, tap the hole, file the bottom where it makes contact witht the sear, install the screw and loctite. Creap is still there but the pull is much less and how quickly the bolt breaks is adjustable to the point where the bolt will not catch. ***The trigger must be adjusted and tested for safety*** it is possible to make a hair trigger that could fire by being dropped etc. There is still overtravel. I wouldn't call it a match grade trigger but it is a big improvement at the range! Here is pictures of the first one I made. I didn't reblue or sand the part but the trigger works:
