Hello Everyone,

My MMC adjustable sights shot loose on my Glock 20 the other day after many years of use and I would like to replace them with another brand (i.e., non-MMC) fully adjustable sight. Primarily due to the 10mm's versatility and the wide range of bullets weights (i.e., 135- to 210-grains)

The Bo-Mar adjustable sight would quality beautifully except for the fact that it hangs off of the back of the slide thus creating a snag point when carried concealed.

The Glock factory adjustable sight seems to have garnished something of a bad reputation from several users I have spoken with online.

Is there a good fully adjustable rear sight that will stay in place under a steady diet of full power DoubleTap ammunition?

If yes, what front sight would you use with it if it does not already come with one in a set?

Thank you so much for the help.

If you want a sight for concealed carry and/or
If you want a sight that won't come loose
I wouldn't get an adjustable sight.
I had an adjustable Meprolight on a Glock 34 once and it wasn't long before I removed it.

Thank you for the kind thoughts, but this is not what I need to know.

Before I cave into fixed sights I am going to try a good set of adjustables.

From browsing the Brownells website I feel that the Bo-Mar or the Millet seem to be the best "names" providing a solution to the problem.

Does anyone have any experience with these or other such sights?

Dawson make a great adjustble sight. The only problem is that it loose all the time, so not a great choice for carry.

The Novak Extreme-Duty looks pretty good:

These sights don't seem to be on their website, but I've seen them advertised and featured in the gun magazines for over a year now. Essentially, they're similar to your MMC's, only shaped more like a Novak Lo-Mount, and with a more conventional elevation screw on top of the sight body instead of the eccentric screw on the side of the MMC sight body.
