How good is the Advantage Arms .22 kit for the Glock? The best thing since sliced white bread!

Seriously, I've used two, one for the 17 and one for the 19 and both worked well. But having said all this, don't expect the kit to work with "floor sweepings" .22 ammo from the big box store. You really do get what you pay for in .22s, so "spend up" some.

I have the target model for the 19/23, and am very impressed with it. I'm planning on getting the service model next, which can be fitted with the same sights as your "carry" slide, so that training will carry over. Highly recommended.

I haven't handled one personally but saw a fellow at the range shooting one and asked him about it. He was very pleased with it, and I didn't witness any malfs while he was using it that day. :)

For the most part, they're absolutely fantastic

However, the accuracy left a little to be desired (at least for me) so I told mine to buy a dedicated .22LR pistol.

I love mine!

I have a Glock 30 and seeing how expensive .45ACP ammo was, I decided to get an AA conversion so I could practice my trigger pull and sight picture at the range, without spending a lot on ammo.

Just be sure you test out a lot of ammo with the conversion, since they tend to be picky about what it's fed. Once it's broken in, it'll work flawlessly!
