Affordable red dot sights not made in China - Recommendations?

While I prefer buying stuff that is made 100% in the US, that is very hard to do now days. Sig is just one example that sources components from overseas (China) and assembles in the US. Quite a few gun manufactures have done the same over the years with different models.

That being said, I have no problem with buying products from a company like Swampfox Optics. Swampfox stands behind their products 100%, have an excellent 50,000 round guarantee on every optic they make, and have one of the best customer service departments in the business.

To each their own, Buy what you want for who you want. But do't be surprised when you find out that an American made product is produced with foreign sourced components.

A lot of parts in our GMC, Ford and Dodge vehicles are made in China, as are a LOT of household items. Loads of 'em. Someone mentioned cell phones; yep.
Just the way it is in the seller/buyer world. Remember when "Made In Japan" meant junk? Not any longer.

I don't think that where a red dot is being made has anything to do with phones and car parts. Do you have any other choice for household items, car parts, and cell phones? No, we don't and to be honest it's not a good argument to counter with. But this is one of these times where we actually do have a choice to choose from and that's the way it is too here.

This thread started with red dots made in China or elsewhere and started to drift ever so slightly. I simply tossed my opinion into the equation. It can be taken anyway anyone wishes. That is all that was implied.
