Affordable way to get into swagging?

I'm wonder what is the most cost effective way to get a reasonable quality press and related equipment to get into swagging. My buddy isn't looking to make sniper quality material just 100-200 yard rifle ammo (His rifles are 5.56 NATO and his pistols are sig .356/.40) and doesn't want his equipment to break. Any suggestions from the good people at THR?
