Finally decided to visit my local shop, and pick up the used S&W 2214 I had seen in the consignment case awhile back.
Well, guess what? I waited too long, and it was gone! :banghead::banghead::banghead:
Figures. I've only been dreaming about the thing since I first saw it. Why did I have to wait so long to go buy it?
There is a silver lining, however. A Ruger Single-Six needed a good home, so I bought it instead.
Now all I gotta do is wait 7-10 days and I can bring the little fella home to meet his brothers 'n sisters, lol.
