Went out with my fiance's friends last night that we haven't seen in a couple of years. The friend lives with her folks. I was expecting a fairly liberal household with both of them being psychologists. When the dad and I were hanging out in the garage, he's showing me his work bench and he says kind of meekishly "and that's a...reloading press." He's waiting for some form of reaction, looks like he's expecting negative.
I say, "you carry?"
He says, "yeah...."
"Cool, me too."
That's when he opens up the safe and we start talking guns. Looks like we may all hit the range some time. Turns out the friend's fiance is also likes to shoot, as well as their other friends. It was surprising.
