They took down their answering machine. Too bad as i wanted to record it. :( But it was hilarious to listen to the woman describe the enormous amount of orders they were dealing with and how they simply can't handle anymore.

I'm willing to bet we now have a reasonable argument for "common use" under Heller.

:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

I think I'll buy a couple more AR's just to join the frenzy.

I called them today hoping to order a little more x39 while the price is still as low as it is.

I've been stocking up on ammo since the summer expecting a BHO victory, but figured I might as well feed the frenzy a little just for fun.

I called and heard that message. it was awesome.

Yep, they are back logged with the Obomination rush. I ordered some ammo on the Dark Night of Nov 4, and just got the notice it was shipped last night.

I wish we knew the solid numbers of all of this.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if more people bought "assault weapons" between Nov. 4 and Jan. 20 than in four years in a parallel universe where we're all free? :D

Highly-unlikely, if not impossible, but still fun to think about.

I believe NBC reported last night that the number of gun sales background checks after November 4th was up around 50% above what it was this same time period time last year. And that's not counting face-to-face sales.

Its just as well they stopped answering, they are out of whatever you/I want anyway....

I have atleast three orders for Ammo/Mags/Etc... open at different retailers that when I ordered them, they did not say out of stock and now I'm stuck wandering if I'm going to get my stuff or what...

I've got so much stuff now I'm having trouble finding places to put it. Think I'm set for awhile, but now I've got months of loading to do. Just received 6500 assorted bullets yesterday, have a bunch of .38 cases and dies arriving soon, and God only knows how many .45 auto, .40 S&W, 9mm, .30-06, and .380 auto cases stashed away. Plus thousands more bullets, primers and powder. If I got it all together in one place and the wife saw it all, she'd freak smooth out.

I need some more 7.62 X 39 ammo, but I think I will just wait until it calms down.

Can you imagine if it's gun and ammo sales that pull the country out of the recession?

What would the powers that be think of that?

Mine told me last night if I died she would have it made. Keep 2 or 3 guns and sell the rest of the stuff.

That is when I told her I guess I'll be leaving it all to nephews and kids.

I always buy my ammo from AimSurplus, they have always done well for me.

But now they are out of the 5.56 centurion ammo i wanted :(

I spent a lot of time listening to busy signals today. I ordered what I could online and when I finally got through got some stuff they must have taken down from the web to keep track of the inventory as it runs low. I'm amazed at the sheer numbers they must be seeing.
I'll admit that I was going to wait till Nov 19th for Nation Buy Ammo Day. I was beginning to wonder what will be left if I waited.

I had pretty well covered my based before the election, but I did recently decide to buy more 5.45x39 ammo before I risk the new administration perhaps shutting down that pipeline. So a week ago, I ordered a few spam cans of the surplus from AIM, and evidently I managed to get IBTL (since they now show out-of-stock on it).

Anyway, I got an email today that AIM had at least entered my ammo order into the UPS shipping system and issued a tracking number. So they are making progress, and clearly working on shipping what they have.
