Depends how you want to use it.
If you are going to shoot only out to a max of 300 yds. then any RD will do. I like the Aimpoint T-1 if you need night vision comparability, H-1 if you don't. Very compact and rugged.
However, That will sacrifice the midrange capability of your rifle. There are a bunch of 1-4, 6, or 8 X scopes by a variety of makers that offer either An illuminated BDC or mil type reticle that will extend your range out to at least 600 yds. They also include a thicker aiming circle so you won't loose too much speed in close at 1 X
Check either SWFA or Midway for some examples.
I like the offerings from Vortex Viper line as a good compromise between price and performance but there are other brands that run from less $$ to way more $$.
