Airmaster 77 accuracy issues

I have the remington/crosman airmaster 77. Ive put about 230 pointed pellets through it and it hasnt been accurate since around the first 100. I am shooting at 13-14 yards and cant even hit a quarter-half dollar sized target. Nor am I grouping all too tightly... is it the scope? the rifle? It's bench rested so it's not me...Thoughts?

or maybe even the ammo...? I'm using Daisy .177 Precision Max lead pointed pellets.

what are the groups looking like? all to one area, shot gun patterning? Have you dinged the muzzle?

the groups are very weird. it will drive tacks for 2-3 shots, then be 3-4 inches off in any and all directions for a few. Then eventually I'll hit the same whole 2-3 times and the process repeats. Both elevation and windage are affected and i have not dinged the muzzle to my knowledge

if its a springer they can be "hold sensitive" and do what ya are describing or loose r defective optics can...
