AJAX grips "Faux Ivory"?

They've held up just fine on my guns. They don't fit particularly well, but I guess few "stock" aftermarket grips do. And while they could be mistaken for ivory from a few yards away, up close you can tell the difference. In the hand they don't feel at all like ivory, either.

I'm unlikely to buy any more - although your use of past tense makes me wonder if they have gone out of business.

Thanks, got a lead on some for a Ruger Blackhawk that have had Ruger emblems installed, but may pass on them.

Mine cracked over time, but in fairness so does ivory... I suspect the cleaning solvents had more to do with it than the stress of firing.

They're okay for what they cost. As with most off the shelf grips, fit is hit and miss. Personally, I like ivory micarta, TruIvory and UltraIvory mucho better.
