Is this a good deal? It says the brake is removable. If I got one, I would replace it with -74 style.

Is this one of the junkers? or a good rifle?

You will not know until you get it out of the box and stripped for cleaning.

nalioth-I've since found the post around the net of what you had to say about that gun.

Someone online currently has 3 left at $700.

I keep thinking at some point these things aren't worth that much less than an AR.

did you ever get your problems worked out? I just received one of these from classic arms with the exact same issue. going to call them in the morning and see how they handle it.

called classic arms. they told me to take it to a gunsmith and they will pick up the tab. found a local ak manufacturer who did an outstanding job for thirty bucks. mag fit is exceptional. now i need to take it to the range.
