Okay, so I really don't need one of these but they do look like they would be quite a bit of fun.:D I don't see myself carrying one of these under a trench coat or anything like that but it looks like a heck of a range toy. Also, I have always like the idea of having a loaded rifle in the vehicle but I can't do that in my state even with apermit. This would an okay compromise.

So my questions are mostly to do with reliability and quality. Do these things work well, as in do they go bang every time you pull the trigger? It is an AK so I don't expect great great accuracy but what kind of accuracy can I expect? Are they as much fun to shoot as they look to be? Also, are there any others out there other than the Draco and which is the best or arethey all about the same?

I don't have the Draco and haven't shot one. I have looked at them and they look well made.

I've had a AK pistol for some time.

It has been 100 percent reliable and is right accurate.
100 yard target using a BSA Red Dot sight. The gun is more accurate than the target shows. Due to the lighting the bullseye was difficult to see.

Absolutely.:D

I have the AK, two Kel Tec PLR pistols and a AR pistol.
No matter what I was armed with I would not want to go up against someone armed with one of these rifle caliber pistols, and knew how to use it.
BUT they have a big problem if used as a car or HD gun. They have a tremendous muzzle flash and ear shattering noise.

Also, are there any others out there other than the Draco and which is the best or arethey all about the same?
I've seen others at the gun shows. Some look good and some not so good and work poorly. It's a crap shoot.
I hope the people making the Draco have put the required testing in the gun to make it reliable.
As a side note. They spot welded a collar on the Draco barrel threads so a flash hider can't be installed. I suspect that's pandering to some anti gun state's laws.

You might also give some consideration to the Kel Tec PLR.
While I make it a point to not recommend ANYTHING, I just pass on personal experience, I liked the PLR so well I bought a second one.
My PLR's have been very reliable.
They are inexpensive.
They are very accurate with ammo they like.
Using a 5x scope.

They are small and light weight.

But you can hang whatever junk you want on them.

And they have a real no BS warranty.

I have one of the Draco's. It is well made. The fit and finish on it are pretty good for an AK.

As mentioned without a muzzle break the blast wave from these things is very impressive. However removing the cover off the muzzle threads is only a matter of a minute with a dremel. It has the standard 14x1 left handed threads so any AK break will fit.

As far as reliability I have not had a single failure to fire with this thing yet. That includes running a few mags through it as fast as I could.

Yes , this question has been asked as little as 4 or 5 days ago.
The Draco is GREAT for what it is. Mine has worked 100% in the few hundred rounds that I've fired it.
IMHO ---- NOW IS THE TIME to buy one , they will only go up in price.
