Anyone tried mounting a light on a Magpul AK MOE handguard? It looks really cramped with both a light and hand.
Also, does anyone know if the Primary Arms microdot sights co-witness with the iron sights if an Ultimak rail is used (with any of the PA microdots)? Atlantic states that the RS Regulate will cowitness the Advanced PA red dot even lower if the base is removed, so this seems to indicate with or without a base the Advanced PA sight will cowitness on the side rail.
The Ultimak ($100) + microdot ($170) + MOE ($40) would be $90 cheaper than the RS Regulate/PA microdot bundle ($300) + Zhukov ($100), though I feel the second option is more versatile (the RS Regulate can use a magnified scope and the Zhukov handguard is longer).
