compression and expansion are what wear a properly made spring... on that ground, you must decide what a properly made spring is...

Surplus Steel Mags... ya. to me, defiantly properly made.
some of the commercial mags... i donno

no, i have no issues with mine, with that said buy a bunch and ifyou have an issue put it to the side until you can disgarde or relace it, they are too cheap to try to run mags that don't work.
