AK side rail mount help

I'm looking for a rail for my WASR that is a side mount style. It must center the rail over the barrel. I would also prefer something that will allow the use of the iron sights without removing the rail, or optic. Does anyone make such a beast? I am also not opposed to the handguard mounts, if they really are secure. Looking at pics of them, I'm not too sure if they will be rock solid.

I know they make a hi-rise rail mount that you are looking for. I've seen them linked over at the Saiga forums.

Don't know how good it is. Someone said it is slightly off center. I know I've seen more just don't know where.
