With the enormous new increase in firearms ownership in CA, I'm overwhelmed by the people who've been begging me to take them shooting - these are people, many of whom were vehemently anti-gun, five years ago, most have never fired a gun in their life!
But with the silly "bullet-button" technicality, ARs and AKs are selling out so fast, dealers can't keep their shelves stocked. CA state politicians who talk 'anti-gun' are losing elections.
Strongly entrenched Dianne Feinstein was outraged, in the 90s, when thumbhole stocks and bayonetless AKs kept selling with cosmetic changes, but she is conspicuously silent about the 'BB' technicality. (strongly anti-gun, but she declared herself a Fed. Marshall to carry a concealed handgun, in a state where CCW permits are unheard of - always denied - us unimportant folk who weren't traumatized by the Dan White shooting).
But maybe I need to see what has LaPierre talking like a lunatic with a new pair of eyes. He sounds like he's lost his mind, and I've indoctrinated numbers of new shooters, but they WILL NOT join the NRA.
Obama made one rude, elitist remark about 'people like us' who cling to their guns and churches during hard times. OK, we know what he thinks of us. But he KNOWS that he can't get anywhere with anti-gun legislation. This business about a U.N. agreement to disarm American gun owners is sheer paranoia - its provably false. I know you have 'documented proof' of this agreement. I have documented proof that the Mormon church is the incubating manifestation of the Illuminati. I don't believe that either (not completely).
Is there some reason LAPierre is willing to foam at the mouth with this delusion that CA residents aren't able to see?
