I'm proud too announce that Alabama's Republican Governor Bob Riley
has been re-elected; solidly defeating Lt. Governor Lucy Baxley. If you
remember back last year, Governor Riley signed the "Castle Doctrine
Act" into law? This ends an era in Alabama politics when there won't
be a Baxley or Wallace in office down in Montgomery~! Another old
name in the state's history returns to his former job, after a 12 year
absence from the political front- that being Jim Folsom, Jr. the states
new/old Lt. Governor.
