If you've still not heard anything, they maintain a presence at www.reddit.com/r/ccw and I believe have a FB page where you could reach out more publicly for a greater likelihood of response.
I ordered a holster from them and after a 4 week wait I tried to contact them but that proved absolutely impossible. They did not respond to e-mails and when you call them you wait on hold with an automated system for 20 minutes. Then the system transfers you to a voice mailbox that is full and you have to hang up.
Now, the holster is of great quality and works well and even though I like the holster I will not order another. I think that good CS is just as important as the product being sold.
My daughter gave me a gift card from them for Christmas (because I asked for one) before I knew all this. I will use it, but I agree. I probably will not order anything after that. I need a CCL holster so I can take the required class.
I'm surprised. Before Thanksgiving I ordered one for a Glock. But by mistake, i checked G17 instead of G23. I called the next day before it was shipped and didn't wait for more than 5 minutes before I got a person who was glad to change my order to the G23. Maybe I just called at the right time.
The guy that did email me apologized for the delay and said they were swamped with orders. As with everything else gun related, they are probably getting tons of orders now.

I also did not have to wait long when I called their customer service. It only took a couple minutes to get to a representative. I believe that that was in November though.
