Looked at the Alliant website and listed 115gr GDHP at 4.7 grains. The website also directed to start out at 10% lower, so about at 4.23 grains I suppose. Is this supposed to work for my remington 115gr FMJ as well? New to reloading, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

For 115 gr FMJ RN, it lists 5.0 gr as max load but I started my work up from 4.0 gr for my Winchester 115 gr FMJ RN. In my Glocks, 4.2-4.3 gr shot very accurate at 1.125" OAL.

This is from Alliant's 2004 Reloader's Guide:

That load should work out nicely.

When loading 9mm OAL is very important. That is the best tip I can give you. Oh and shoot lead bullets or cast your own for big savings.

Bullseye is an awesome 9mm target powder with tons of load data available. I like it for working a powder puff load as a stepping stone from .22 for people new to shooting.
