Has Alliant's online handgun reloading data site always shown data only for Speer bullets? The Hodgdon/IMR/Winchester site shows data for Sierra, Speer, Hornady, generic lead, and others.
Don't think it really matters....what's the difference what brand it says? You're looking for weight...as long as you match the weight with the powder charge it'll be fine. I've been doing that for years with no problems. Literally thousands of rounds (around 300 rifle rounds) and i have never met a load "recipe" 100%. Reloading is not as dangerous as some people make it out to be. But that's just me.
No.always shown data only for Speer bullets?
To the OP, I would suggest investing in some reloading manuals. The Lyman is one of the best. There are others as well.
