As to your social security number being required on your drivers license, while I have absolutely no doubt whatever that bureaucrats and assorted persons of statist leanings could always justify or rationalize such a requirement or request, please keep the following in mind.
The OPERATIONAL phrase is LEGITIMATE. What is the relationship between your social security number, and your drivers license, or anything else other than a claim for Social Security Benefits?
