<shaking head> Just ran across this from an eopinions.com review of a CD player:

I've tried/owned such brands before and most of them failed after one year. Some, like the Rio, died right out of the box.

With that in mind, I decided to give the little guy a shot. Sure, Casio is no pea shooter, but it isn't a Colt .45 either. But the PZ5000 mp3/cd player performs like a Beretta compared to most other players.

Now, my FIRST question is, what would be the reaction of your average MMM type if they came across that review? :what:

:D

Second, how about we see if we can write some reveiws of common products or services along the same lines as above? We've got some funny people* here - let's see what we can do!

*No, I'm not talking about Mike Irwin's looks, nor mine either! :D

My review of a television channel zapper shaped like a handgun...

"At first, I thought the Telegunner 2000 would be the perfect product. It combined two of my greatest hobbies -- indolence and predicate violence -- into a single multi purpose device.

I found that with a few minor entries (you have 60 seconds to rapid fire 10 numbers into the keypad to set your target TV or VCR) the transition was smooth and seamless from my Captain Kirk Micro-TV Phaser to the Telegunner 2000.

In no time at all, I found myself not just watching the TV, Telegunner in hand, but participating with the shows I was watching.

From a ghetto gangsta movie (You be chillin, or I'll bust a telecap into yo a**) to historical drama (I challenge you to a duel at Weehauken, Mr. Hamilton, where I will bust a telecap & ball into your a**) I found that the Telezapper increased my viewing enjoyment and engagement, all while exercising my trigger finger.

The one drawback to the Telegunner 2000 is, well, it's shaped like a gun. In my haste to change the channel, I picked up my .45 and busted a cap into my TV.

Still, a TV with a hole in the screen is a small price to pay for getting Barbara Streisand out of my range of sight.

In all, I give the Telegunner 2000 a full cylinder."

O..........M.............G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:neener: :neener: :neener:

ROTFLMAO!!!!!

"You be chillin or I bus' a telecap in yo'..."

This is priceless!

Review.
Dell Intellimouse 2002.

Grip and ballance are such that it comes readily to hand.

The modern "Tupperware" frame is in Tactical black.

Though there is a long take up, the button letoff is nice and crisp with little overtravel.

The high friction coating on the ball allows it to track nicely on my Victory At Sea album jacket.

The clicks on the scroll wheel are a bit coarse, making fine adjustments of the sight picture a bit tedious.

For field test I took it to the eBay sniping range.

Set up my targets, windows, for five seperate auctions, all closing within a short time span. Used a sixth window for calibrating clock and windage.

When the time was nigh, the tactical mouse performed flawlessly, no jams, and no hang fires. Won all five auctions, last was a 2 second snipe with the time of posting called before pullin the trigger. Much like poping steels with wheels.

Though I prefer blued sniper mice, I have to give this one high marks.

Sam....Bewary of the ol codger with a wheel; he may dot your eyes.

:what: WHOA!!!!

That's the longest post I've EVER seen from Sam!

And hillarious! :D

I think Sam just took the lead!
