Alternatives to a S&W J-Frame?

I have a Glock 26 and a 642 Smith. The Smith gets carried more often because of the ease of dropping it in a pants pocket with a pocket holster and up to two speed strips. If I am going to belt carry then the Glock gets the nod. I would keep the Smith. The Smith alomst always goes even if I have on the 26.

I'm sticking with my J frame which is a S&W 642 loaded with 135 gr. Gold Dots. Often I think about a 9mm pistol that holds more rounds. I'm not crazy about Kel Tecs so a change for me right now would be to the Kahr PM9. Not many choices, in a caliber bigger than .38 special, that's small and light.

CZ-82,83 in 9mm makarov, good power, like .38+p, its small, 12 rd high cap mags, cheap, and dead reliable.

As you can see from the posts it's often a matter of personal preferences and occasions. Some guns work better in some situations than others. Some work better for some people than others. So find what works best for you and carry it when the situation calls for it.
