Am I Safer If My Neighbor Has A Gun?

The article never achieves any focus. I'm surprised it made Forbes. Still, even without citation, it does make a few interesting points that many readers will not have considered.

The question its title asks is never close to answered. Reminds me of that video in which people pose as anti-gunners and go around asking homeowners if they'd mind having a "we have no guns" or something like that on their lawn, and getting no takers.

My neighbors are not safer because of my guns--they are safer because every criminal knows that every household might have a gun.
