dungqatu (or whatever his name is) makes a very common mistake

he thinks that somehow, because he, or at least the people he *chooses* to believe, have not seen sufficient evidence of a WMD program in Iraq there was no justification to attack the country. If he/they choose to believe that, it's sort of like usamma bin ladin choosing to believe his false god is on his side, even as he is in whatever his current situation might be, which is undoubtedly uncomfortable. I'd suggest that the best result for usamma is for him to be hunted down and his case resolved by special operations folks; and for dqt that he, and his fellow egomaniacs be ignored - in both cases it's the one thing they believe will never happen.
