American Derringer?

I was wondering if anyone knows if American Derringer is still in Business? The website is dated for 2000 and their e-mail address is defunct. I have not tried the phone number yet.

Seen folks say they were in business. Once a seeming owner from the company posted here or on TFL and vanished.

I once read a report that they were taken down by a LEO suing over an ND.

I know that I used to see the owner at TX gun shows, I don't anymore and don't see displays of new guns.

Interesting to see what's up.

No idea if they're still there, but I hope they stay in business. They have the rights and tooling for the Semmerling .45, and the High Standard double barrel derringer, and I've wanted one of each for a long time.

I have both...my Semmerling is a genuine. My DAD 9MM is Am Derringer.
