I perhaps have been living in the woods but do not recognize this entity . They are soliciting funs so if you know them please give me a little information regarding their details.

I just checked out their website. Not much there and it seems very new. I found the fact that the Board of Directors seems to be constructed by 3 family members. I do not like even a hint of nepotism.

Don’t know anything about this group. Where should our 2nd amendment support dollars go now a days. There are a number of groups that do good work on our behalf. I belong to four, one for 48 years. I guess new ones can pop up at any time, not sure if this would be the best place to start funding activity.

Hoping to attract sportsmen disaffected with the NRA's strong stands on gun control, Lissabet wants to build the AFA into the first national voice for gun owners who aren't bothered by modest legal restraints on weapon sales and who care more about hunting game than drawing a bead on unfriendly politicians.

Lissabet's group is two years old and has about 750 dues-paying members nationwide, compared with the NRA's 3 million members. It is a gnat buzzing around a giant. NRA spokesmen have nothing to say on the record about Lissabet's organization, saying privately that it's just another anti-gun group -- and a tiny one at that. Lissabet remains convinced that his group will gain members and influence if he can just get out his message.
