I hope next time they give us more notice. I actually opened botth of these last night and registered my support at RTS, don't know if they've already been heard by now, but at least you know what's going on as they will still need support later.
Prohibit Local Law Enforcement from Cooperating with Any Federal Tax, Levy, Fee or Stamps on Firearms
HB 2394 would prohibit the state and its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with any tax, levy, fee or stamp imposed on firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition not common to all other goods.
HB 2394 was scheduled to be heard today, February 1, by the House Judiciary committee

No State Contracts for Companies that Discriminate Against the Firearms Industry!
SB 1096 would prohibit a "public entity" from entering into a contract with a value of $100,000 or more with a company for services, supplies, information technology, or construction unless the contract includes a written certification that the company does not currently, and agrees for the duration of the contract that it will not, discriminate against a busines or association in the firearms industry.
SB 1096 was scheduled to be heard today, February 1, by the Senate Commerce committee
