anyone ran the Federal 135 grain "reduced recoil" rounds thru ? Are they any good?

Right now I am going with 155 grain Gold Dots, but thinking about switching to the above for my new compact....
 
I actually prefer most any 180gr offering in my smaller 40S&Ws; they tend to 'snap' less.
