There is a LOT of time for an item to go out of stock from when the catalog is sent for publication until it hits the consumer's mailbox. Availability of all ammo has been spotty to say the least, so things of this nature are to be expcted....also, this is a primary reason the catalog of yesterday has largely been replaced with the websites of today, where inventory can be kept track of in real time, as opposed to estimating an item's expected availability weeks or months ahead of time. I don't see it as dishonesty, I see it as an example of why printed catalogs are becoming a thing of the past.
