If I had one, I might list it for the same price or higher. After all. I only have to find one person who wants it and doesn't care what it costs. If I don't I'm not out of much.

I dunno, I can’t hate them for trying. They are a business that’s trying to make money. Heck if they had posted it at $2,500 they’d probably have it sold already.
One of the biggest issues I’ve seen with the smaller stores in my area is they can’t even keep inventory on the self. How the heck can you run a shop if you’ve got nothing to sell?
A couple have marked up their stuff quite a bit. They now get called a “Dirtbag Price Gouger” once in a while but they still sell everything they get in stock within two days of it coming in. No reason to give a deal to a guy if the next person through the door will buy it for 40% more.
Heck just today I marveled at a shop that had 5 boxes of 12ga 8shot loads for $15 a box!! I asked him if he was actually selling it for that and he told me he had 3 flats come in yesterday and that’s all he had left. Is it right? No. But if your in business you might as well make hay while the sun shines.

It's on my list, but I'll wait. Maybe the madness will pass. In the meantime, my trusty M629 will keep me entertained.
