I've noticed a very slight end shake on the cylinder of my 44 Colt Anaconda. Is this normal?

Likely yes it's normal as long as your accuracy isn't noticably going downhill.

Once endshake starts it gets worse FAST, esp. in a 44Mag.

My opinion is that it should be treated quickly unless it's VERY minimal.

Endshake lets the cylinder slam into both ends of the frame, stretching the frame lengthwise. Think "battering ram" and you'll get a starting point...

No.
Colt revolvers work totally different than S&W's, and you can't drop in washers like you can with a Smith.

The fix for Colt's requires a trip back to the factory.
