Dittos from Arizona. The Tucson sector has been a war zone for over a decade. Fortunately, it's mostly business with rivals killing each other. But mistaken home invasions are a definite and random threat, and the criminals create a suction of lawlessness in their wake.
 
By the way, here's a clip about the guns that were captured after the shoot-out. Piles of Mini-14s, lots of semi-autos - and some other, pretty interesting stuff.

Wow! Not only should you go armed, you should go with about a hundred or so friends, who are also armed.

How do we NOT have our military guarding the border???
 
We need to enact more gun control. The man on the talking picture box said thats our fault.

Because doing so would run counter to the interests of the elites that run this country.

These immigrants represent cheap labor and geometrically multiplying future clients/wards of the welfare state. Republicans take their business profits now, whereas Democrats will reap voter roll political hegemony later -- there's something for everyone! And the best part is, the middle class is paying for it all.

I'll take a few of those grenade launchers and 50 grenades.. Do they happen to have any full auto Mini-14s available? THank you. Perhaps I will have to drive to Cabela's to get some of those, if not.

yep, we are to busy sticking our noses in other peoples business to care about our own country. besides, if the illegals were not free to do as they please, there would not be enough "gun violence" for the media to play on. don't you know that there is a war on (Democrats and the media trying to get ALL guns banned)! why, what ever would they do if there was a week without gun violence somewhere in the states!?

Socialists like to think of themselves as shepherds. They need something to scare folks enough to be led as sheep. Crime, global warming, nukes, illegals, pirates, al Quaeda, always something to maintain the panic.

Of course, the sheep must be dehorned and be kept helpless and dependent or they might decide not to follow the shepherds. And what would Socialists do then?
 
Little Rock catches alot of the traffic because the Interstates go straight down to the Southwest.

Deploying the Military to cover the 1600 mile Border will require three complete Corps or about 250,000 to 500,000 total (Under arms, not cooks, truck drivers etc) for a man every 30 yards 24/7 not including logistics and other support that must happen to keep that Soldier or Marine at that spot every 30 yards of border.

We have enjoyed Migrant labor for many decades doing work that most normal Americans wont do.

Where are we gonna find Three Corps? This is known as a "Field Army" isnt it?

Oh yes, usually one in Texas, Another in Europe (Used to be two or three there in the 80's but we cut back) and one over in Iraq and Afghanistan more or less.

And we might be able to scrape up a 4th Corps for Theater of Battle Reserves vis-a-vis Mexican Drug Cartels by stripping the Globe of all US Active Duty.
