Cruise around and find some fairly innocent web topic and complain that it isn't blocked. Infer in your complaint that just looking at that web topic makes you uncomfortable and you fear a weaker mind looking at it will be led to committing criminal acts.

also, at the school I work at. It is the bane of a free mind.

Recently I was trying to connect to the ChildSafe project from work. This is the project to distribute free gun locks. Our Lt. Governor has made it one of his pet projects and I was attempting to follow the link off his page. It wouldn't let me go there.

I sent a short note to the Lt. Governor letting him know that his pet project was blocked from being seen on government computers.
