nearly 50-50 with 4000 votes plus change cast on each side. That's pretty tight.

"Pretty tight" is how I'd describe the split on many issues nationwide.

Just voted. We're up by one percentage point .50 to 49, with 8299 votes so far. Hit it, y'all!

    50/49...ahead by 1%

    1% is statistically insignificant.

Sad how many people out there aren't willing to actually go out and find out what the ban actually did before supporting the dumb thing.

I wonder as to whether those who voted to retain could properly define ASSAULT RIFLE, ASSAULT WEAPON being a nonsense term.

They probably rounded the numbers off.

You can vote as many times as you want. I voted three times without having to remark the ballot.

We would rightly complain of "ballot box stuffing", if and when the anti's do the same thing. Can't have ones cake, and eat it too, or do you subscribe to that old Cook County (Chicago)adage, "Vote Early, Vote Often"?

The anti's are probably stuffing the poll also.

If they want an honest poll, as honest as it can be online, they would set the poll up where you can only vote once without erasing their cookie from your computer.

I have voted in many polls where this has happened, so it can be done.

    No 51% 9676 Votes

Needs a little help, methinks. ;)
